Tech Lead/Architect with 10+ years experience

Staff level, 10y+ experience, worked mostly for US-based startups with Munich offices in automotive/self-driving/robotics during past 5yrs, tech lead/architect but always also as IC. I'd say I'm pretty good at finding the right balance between what is best and what is needed. I love getting the full picture and being able to utilize this in designs.
