Rust & Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead

Jimmy Cuadra was a technical lead for four years at Cisco Meraki, focusing on the cloud side of wireless products. He has experience in both web development and cloud infrastructure roles. He is a prolific open-source contributor, having created and maintained Lita (a ChatOps framework for Ruby) and Ruma (a Rust implementation of the Matrix protocol, which became the basis for the official Rust SDK). His ideal role involves building software for other developers, either on a developer tools team or for a company whose products target developers. He is also interested in "neutral" utilities like PagerDuty and Stripe. He would love to use Rust professionally but is open to other languages and working on products with open-source components.
