Arun Kant is an experienced Engineering Leader with over 10 years of experience, including 7 years at Qure.AI where he built backend systems for deep-learning models, led significant migrations, and managed engineering for a Global Health BU, scaling AI solutions internationally. He is proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, and has strong expertise in AI/ML serving, infrastructure (AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Bazel), data management (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, queue-based messaging), and distributed systems design. He is currently working on AI side projects (releasedog.com, Vellum) and is seeking Director/Head of Engineering/VP roles at AI/ML startups or founding-engineer positions at seed-stage companies. He is located in Bengaluru, India, open to remote work and relocation.
