Description

Marcin Seredynski is a Generalist programmer and technical lead with 20+ years of experience across games and software, proficient in C#/.NET, Unity, and C++. He has held roles as lead, development manager, and senior, covering both systems and gameplay. Currently, he works as a systems engineer on a top-down action-RPG. His past experience includes leading gameplay programming for the MMORPG Ember Sword (C++, ECS/EnTT), developing deterministic network rollback and core systems at BetaDwarf (Unity DOTS/ECS), and UI programming for Gwent at CD PROJEKT RED, including MVVM (NoesisGUI and WPF-style stacks). Marcin is capable of owning systems end-to-end, such as netcode, rollback & lag compensation, creature AI, crafting/looting, movement/interaction, procedural generation, profiling/performance, and MVVM-based UI. He also excels in leadership aspects like Agile/Scrum, code review, technical hiring, and release management. In his spare time, he develops various projects using Claude Code for PC and Steam Deck, including a space game, a co-op dungeon heist, and team-management tools. He is open to senior, staff, principal, or lead roles, focusing on desktop/console-first development, with a preference for Unity + C# or C++, or a C#/custom-engine setup.
