Senior Software Engineer and Mentor

Making software for 34+ years.. seen many terminals, languages, designs, projects, customers, teams, organisations and cultures.. and attitudes. Being everything from bottom to top.. usually wearing many hats, always hands-on. Have my own python course, coding style, some open-sourced things, and even opinions. Looking for Mentoring a team. About programming and life - with me coming there.. or them coming here. As Playing trainer, within the team and the project. Did it once officially, 2013/Ericsson/Ireland - 10 newbies, young+old, 4 months.. all seniors now. Many times unofficially, 2005 Singapore or 2019 Varna.. Life-coached few persons. Made good friends along. Apart of that, i can also be a senior IC/ Principal/ Staff engineer.. or engineering manager, CTO. i mean - architecting, coding, requirements, reverse engineering, DIY, decisions, strategy - is fine, but politics-and-intrigues isn't. i like teaching people what i know, and how to live as programmer, without going crazy, and without making others crazy. And how to tweak or redo that function- interface- architecture- app- or.. personal relation, so all works better together. Nudging or nagging here-there, smiling or kicking elsewhere.. IMO the interesting part of software, is the people. Technicals.. are solvable. have fun
