Lead DevOps Engineer with Python

I’m Vishal Shandilya, a Lead DevOps Engineer with a Master's degree in Computer Applications. With 3 years of startup experience, I’ve managed a broad range of tasks, including the end-to-end creation and maintenance of an award winning product. My roles encompassed Backend Engineering (responsible for over 60% of services), DevOps/SRE (creating Dockerfiles, CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments, and monitoring to prevent downtime), Team Leadership (managing the Backend and DevOps teams, overseeing the creation of Terraform providers), Customer Engagement (representing the product at expos and demos, pitching to both technical and non-technical audiences). Currently, I’m seeking full-time opportunities where at least ~50% of the responsibilities are related to DevOps / SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) / Platform Engineering.
