Principal Compiler Infrastructure & Static Analysis Engineer

Iñaki specializes in compiler infrastructure and static analysis. His focus is on developing LLVM IR analysis passes for performance, security, and correctness diagnostics, and building auto-remediation tools. He also extends compiler frontends to support HPC codebases used in national research laboratories. Previously, he conducted research in HPC and bioinformatics, publishing in several D1 journals and achieving up to 200x speedups to enable genome-scale analysis of lncRNA interaction predictions. Outside of work, he enjoys running, weightlifting, and playing chess.
