I have been working in the startup space for 15 years, specialising in end-to-end full stack development across a wide range of technologies. This includes but is not limited to requirements gathering, scoping, communicating with stakeholders, infrastructure architecture and deployment, database design, scalability, optimisation, software development, continuous integration/continuous delivery, software testing, and observability. In addition, in my last 5 years as CTO, I have grown my expertise to include business strategy, engineering recruitment and management, system architecture and design, data science and analytics, implementation of scrum, and maintaining relationships with technical vendors.
