Data Scientist with Python and R

Have conducted some biological research via DL. At present, do infectious disease modeling (compartmental & renewal models) w/ Numpyro, JAX, Arviz, tidyverse-R, and Azure. For some time have built forecasting models and participated on Metaculus. Especially interested in data science for genetics (esp. polygenic screening, IVF, gene-editing, GWAS), event forecasting, or Earth science.
