Technical Lead in Quantum Atomics

I'm currently technical lead at leading quantum atomics company working on their flagship product. I primarily work with Rust and Python, but I'm a extreme polyglot with a soft spot for Lisps. I can work in any part of the stack, from browsers to verilog with a preference towards userspace on UNIX or Linux. I work with hard and soft realtime systems of varying complexity and size and have tons of networking expertise from my time in telecom. I strongly prefer small shops where I can be a high performing individual contributor and offer technical leadership and guidance. I'm looking for my next thing because I've survived two rounds of layoffs and am not waiting around for the next.
