Software Engineer transitioning to Product Manager

Seeking Technical Product Manager role. I'm a software engineer with 5 years of work experience, and my biggest goal currently is to work as a product manager. Throughout my career, I sometimes worked together with other PM's and sometimes I had to do some PM tasks, in smaller startups, such as client meetings, project and product management. In these situations I realized that I really liked these responsibilities, and I'm looking for this career transition.
