Description

Recent BSc Computer Science (First Class Honours, University of London) graduate with a focus on compilers and systems programming, having completed a batch at the Recurse Center. Seeking an internship or entry-level software engineering role (full-time or part-time). Proficient in C, C++, Go, OCaml, JavaScript, Common Lisp, Scheme, Python, and x86-64 assembly, with strong skills in GNU/Linux environments (Guix, Gentoo, Debian), Git, and Emacs. Comfortable working close to the metal and reading other people's code. Notable contributions include three patches to GCC 17's -fanalyzer, fixing overflow bugs in PolyML, and package contributions to GNU Guix. Currently developing a Scheme-to-x86_64 compiler (Dolus) and previously built a custom self-hosted voice conversational agent for linguistic research. Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and basic Chinese.
