Full Stack Engineer and Team Cohesion Builder

I'm a full stack engineer with about 3 years of experience who has previously worked in a consulting capacity and as the Founding Engineer of a startup. I'm a fast learner who knows what it takes to build team cohesion, an empathetic communicator who can interface with clients and execute based on their needs, and a culture champion who recognizes the importance of identity and values. In general, I love people and providing them the means to flourish as individuals and professionals. I'm interested in hands-on roles where I can take ownership, collaborate with great people, be challenged to grow and learn as much as possible, and have fun building!
