Full-stack Developer and Team Lead

I have been in various full-stack positions my entire career, most of them as a team lead or manager. I've worked in PCI and FedRAMP environments and am capable of driving projects from idea to maintenance. I particularly strong with design and UX, having developed a deep empathy for accessibility and equitable access for all humans. I'm most interested in IC roles, but would consider VP or Director type roles if the company mission aligns.
