Gabriel Nava is a highly skilled professional with 4+ years of experience in Full Stack/Forward Deployed Engineering. Currently pursuing a Post-Bacc in Computer Science at Oregon State University, Gabriel also works at the university's Security Operations Center, focusing on Network Security Monitoring, Security Engineering, Cybersecurity Model Training, and Penetration Testing. Gabriel is proficient in a wide array of technologies across Backend (Python, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL), Frontend (TypeScript, React, Vue, Next.js), DevOps/Cloud (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and AI/ML (PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-learn, OpenCV), with additional expertise in Kafka, OpenSearch, Selenium, Storybook, BeautifulSoup, and various LLM Integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek). Gabriel is currently located in Corvallis, OR, and plans to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area after graduating in June 2026.
