Applied Researcher and ML Engineer

PhD candidate near the end of the journey with 8 years of programming experience. I've mostly focused on deep learning and transformers specifically, working to design and implement systems with strong out-of-distribution capabilities. I did some work with LLMs, too. I also generally enjoy building software systems and solving practical problems, so I'm looking for an applied researcher or ML engineer position.
