Software Mentor

Making software for 33+ years, seen various companies, projects, continents, teams, machines, technologies, attitudes.. Been everything, recently a CTO of a fintech, usually wearing many hats, and always hands-on. Have my own python course (~90 people passed). A few open-sourced things.. Whatever. Technical stuff is fixable, people's one.. is harder. IMO the interesting part of software is the people. Looking for mentoring a team. About programming and life, with me coming there.. or preferably, them coming here - it would gell better.. Like playing trainer, within the team and the project. (And don't expect me lecturing 9-to-5. Nor to make it all myself. That's not the point) i mean, architecting, coding, requirements, reverse engineering, DIY is fine, and management and politics isn't, but seems i like best mentoring. Talking with people about programming, and also about life, and how to live as programmer, without going crazy, and without making others crazy. And how to tweak that function/interface/app so it works better together. Nudging here-there. Coding is only the ink of software, made by people, for people. have fun
