Experienced Technical Team

A number of my colleagues and I are thinking of leaving the software development agency we work for. To be clear, this is an opportunity to hire a team, not individuals. We're an experienced technical team, with lots of client-facing experience which means we're good at delivering value for money without compromising code quality, and we have experience delivering highly scalable systems. We've all worked in many tech stacks and domains - part of agency life is being able to deliver idiomatic code in a language you've never worked in before in a matter of weeks, not months. You name it, we've done it - whether that's C#, Kotlin, React, Python, SQL Server, or something else entirely. Lots of cloud experience as well, especially (but not exclusively) AWS.
