Computational Biology Ph.D. Student

I am Ph.D. student in Computational Biology with strong mathematics background and I am interested in short term programming projects (not specific to any domain). I have experience in: 1. Data analysis and machine learning, especially for biological data. 2. Building data pipelines and analysis workflows. 3. Developing predictive models for biological systems. Recent projects include studying insect genetics and analyzing large biological data. Open to internships, remote work, or short-term projects in data science, software development, or research roles.
