Technical Leadership role

I've been working in the scientific R&D field for the past decade and am looking for a position that will facilitate relocation to a coastal city. I'm interested in growing my career in a technical leadership role, which I've been doing full time for the last three years and filling various components of for longer. I'm a generalist. I've most recently worked in C++, Python, and Typescript/React. Full stack experience, databases, UI, systems design. Some other strengths: proposal writing, servant leadership background and philosophy, agile project management.
