AI/ML Engineer, RAG & NLP Specialist

Suryansh Singh Rawat is an AI/ML Engineer with over 4 years of experience. He previously served as a Principal AI Engineer at Ascentt, where he developed agentic RAG systems for Fortune 500 clients, scaling them to over 56,000 users. Prior to that, as a Data Scientist at Deloitte's AI Center of Excellence, he researched and built anomaly detection ML models in cybersecurity and created NLP pipelines that reduced analyst workloads by more than 50%. Suryansh has a strong interest and experience in multi-agent orchestration for long-horizon tasks and LLM planning and reasoning. He is a 2x hackathon winner and a research grant recipient, currently pursuing graduate studies at the University of Washington – Seattle. He is seeking Summer 2026 MLE / SWE / AI Research Intern roles.
