Technology Leader and Software Architect

I'm a builder, and I'm getting bored with contract work. Time to get back in the game and make something bigger. I've been around long enough to know that good people can make great things in any stack if they're inspired. I want to work on something that makes the world better; with smart, professional, committed teammates; and passionate, energized leadership; not too far from the customer. I offer creative problem-solving; excellence in communication; commitment to the software; wide experience; and good people skills. Oh yeah, and I can hack, obviously. I would love to find a great team that's putting serious wood behind the arrow and wants a technology leader now, or as they grow. I've done a lot of 'software architecture' but I still love to code, and do it every day. Startups welcome, I'm solving for impact first!
