Looking for remote engineering manager opportunities leading a team of Rails devs, providing mentorship, and contributing code alongside other talented developers. Prefer environments with reasonable expectations of splitting time across individual code contributions, mentoring and managing the team, planning, architecting, etc. Happy to join team meetups in person (e.g. quarterly events).
