Senior Full-stack Architect

I'm an architect (primarily in frontend, backend and platform/infra) with proficiency in all things JavaScript/TypeScript, the web, Python and multiple infrastructure-as-code frameworks. I also contribute actively to open-source – see https://github.com/paambaati and https://github.com/orgs/getoslash. My primary strengths include – 1. Deep expertise (of multiple years) in all things JavaScript/Typescript, Python, distributed systems and infrastructure/platform. 2. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. 3. Kind and empathetic. 4. Very good at conflict resolution and de-escalation. 5. Very good at hiring good talent. I speak and write English fluently – I also blog irregularly at https://httgp.com about things I care about. I wish to work remotely from home in India, and I'm currently looking to find full-time senior positions in very hands-on engineering roles. I'm also willing to take managerial positions, as I've played that part for the last few years as well.
