  1. My name is Philip. 2. I am a senior software engineer at Prime Video. 3. My expertise is in designing scalable, resilient, and usable data pipelining/aggregation services, and sensible interfaces to front them that meet the ever-shifting needs of a growing business. 4. I, along others, have successfully created 3 separate critical services for Prime Video, scaled them to Prime Video scale, and supported (through hiring, skill-development, vision/product development) the scale-out of an organization surrounding these services. 5. I am mission-driven. I have stayed in my current role for 6 years because video streaming has been an exciting, fulfilling product to work on. I’m eager to pour my spirit into refining and executing a great vision. 6. I am convinced that AI will be used to reduce the level of effort required to perform work across all industries, which will in turn increase the rate of experimentation and innovation. I feel compelled to contribute to that story.
