Python Developer interested in Rust, C++, and more

I'm a self-taught developer with about 1.5 years of experience at a large fintech company. I don't have a technical degree, but I am interested in computer science and like to read about it in my spare time. I like my job but don't like the location constraints - I want to live in Boston, so if your company would allow me to live there (either by being actually located there or fully remote), then I want to talk to you.
