Engineering Manager, Fullstack Development

Louis Foster is an experienced engineer and team lead with over ten years of experience at startups. He is product-minded, has design experience, and has consistently worked in product teams. Most recently, he served as Engineering Manager and Technical Product Owner at Skribble, where he set architecture direction, owned the roadmap, and remained hands-on with the core product development. Previously, he was the first Berlin hire at super.AI, building their customer-facing data labeling platform. On the side, he actively develops a hardware/software ecosystem involving AI-generated real-time DSP and OpenCV-based TUIs for the electric bass, showcasing advanced skills in Rust, Linux, Android (NDK), and OpenCV. His recent side projects include a low-bandwidth course-builder and multi-device CV-based TUI systems on Android. He is proficient in TypeScript, React, Vue, Node.js, Python, and Rust.
