Joe Cardoso is a Canadian citizen Full-Stack SWE specializing in building agentic systems and full-stack infrastructure that ship, observe themselves, and run autonomously. He is a co-creator of Vispyr, an end-to-end, self-hosted observability tool with automated infrastructure deployment on AWS, OTel instrumentation, and a full Grafana telemetry stack. He is also a founding contributor at NimbleBrain, where he designed the agentic loop and workflow engine for AI agents building and publishing MCP server integrations. Additionally, he has contributed to Mozilla Firefox, focusing on accessibility and DevTools CSS refactors.
