Full Stack Web Developer

Full stack web dev here with a bias towards the backend. On my own time I prefer to use python for web work and C#/Unity for game dev, but I'm a big proponent of using the right tools for the job. I'm good at turning domain knowledge into software and quickly getting up to speed on preexisting code bases. Ideally looking for a role doing something socially conscious. - At my last job I led a team and helped build a Windows desktop app that pulled data from native node modules and added overlays to games. I used Electron, Node, Typescript, React, and Redux to build it, AWS for CI and deployments, and TrackJS and Sentry for logging/monitoring. I also started learning Rust from working with other engineers on the native node modules. - On the side I'm learning more Rust and also building https://bigplaylist.club/ - a small site (mostly for my personal use) that lets you create music playlists from multiple streaming sources (youtube, soundcloud, bandcamp, etc.)
